Various Hadiths on Waking up at Morning
It was narrated that Abu Hurairah. The Carrier of Allah (PBUH) said:
‘ At night Satan ties a trap which there are 3 knots to the neck of any individual of you. If he wakes up and keeps in mind Allah, one knot is untied. If he performs ablution, one more knot is untied, and if he rises to hope, all the knots are untied, so he gets up energetic and joyful, he has actually already made something great. But if he does refrain from doing that, he wakes up bad-tempered, having earned nothing great.

Allah’s Messenger (PBUH) claimed, “Angels come to you in succession by night and day and all of them get together at the time of the Fajr and also ‘Asar Salah.

اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي عَافَانِي فِي جَسَدِي، وَرَدَّ عَلَيَّ رُوحِي، وَأَذِنَ لِي بِذِكْرِهِ.
Alhamdu lillahil-lathee AAafanee fee jasadee waradda AAalayya roohee wa-athina lee bithikrih.
